Steps Configuration Guide

Text & Confirmation

Displays a message and allows the Candidate to proceed to the next Step.

How It Works #

  1. Message is displayed to the Candidate.
  2. Candidate reads the content.
  3. Candidate clicks the button.
  4. Journey moves to the next Step.

How to Configure #

  1. Open your Agent in the Agent Editor.
  2. Go to Path Steps.
  3. Add a Text & Confirmation Step.
Choose text confirmation
  1. Enter your Display Text.
    Text confirmation 25. Set the Proceed Button Name.
  2. (Optional) Insert Merge Fields.
  3. Click Save.

What the Candidate Sees #

  • A message (your Display Text)
  • A single button (e.g., Continue, Next, Finish)
