An Agent defines how a process runs in Zirpa. It controls what the Candidate sees, what actions they take, and how they move from one Step to the next. Each Agent represents a complete Journey from start to Outcome.

Agent Editor

The Agent Editor is where you build and configure how your Agent works. It is the main workspace for defining the flow, content, and logic of a Journey.

Agent Appearance

Customise the visual appearance of your Agent, including colours, layout, and messaging, to create a branded and consistent candidate experience.

Using Milestone

A Milestone marks a key point in the journey to group or highlight progress.
