Configure widgets for web surfaces.
Overview
Steps are the building blocks of every Journey. Each Step defines a specific action or interaction that happens as the Candidate moves through a Path.
Text & Confirmation
Displays a message and allows the Candidate to proceed to the next Step.
Contact Details Confirmation
Lets the Candidate review and confirm their contact details to ensure future email and SMS communication is correct.
form
Displays a configurable form to collect structured information from the Candidate.
Options
Presents one or more choices to the Candidate and routes them to the appropriate next step based on their selection.
Candidate Video Response
Asks the Candidate to record a short video response, providing richer insight than text alone.
Request a CV or LinkedIn Profile
Allows the Candidate to upload a CV and/or provide a LinkedIn profile link.
Documents Exchange
Allows Candidates to upload required documents and download files provided by the Brand.
Send SMS
Automatically sends a predefined SMS message to the Candidate at this point in the Journey.
Send Email
Automatically sends a predefined email to the Candidate and records it against their Journey.
Brand Video
Displays a Brand-controlled video that can be required viewing before proceeding.
Explore Motivations
Asks the Candidate why they are interested or applying, helping you understand intent and fit.
Explore Timing
Captures when the Candidate is ready or available to move forward.
Explore Background
Collects high-level background information from the Candidate without requiring a full CV.
Distance & Availability
Collects location information to determine distance from key locations.
Require Sign-In
Requires the Candidate to sign in or verify their identity before continuing.
Pause & Review
Pauses the Candidate's Journey until Brand staff review progress and manually resume it.
Waiting Period
Applies a timed delay that pauses the Candidate’s journey for a defined period before automatically continuing.
Invoice
Generates structured invoice PDFs and stores them on the Candidate Journey.
Schedule Meeting
Allows the Candidate to book a meeting slot based on available calendar times.
Sign Document
Allows Candidates to digitally sign documents within the workflow using an integrated e-signature system.
Webhook
Sends Candidate and Journey data to external systems in real time, with retries and full audit logging.
