Overview #
The Reporting section allows you to analyse performance across different areas such as Agents, Gates, and Candidate activity. It is designed to help you move beyond the Dashboard by providing deeper, more specific analysis for decision-making and optimisation.
Available Reports #
The following reports are available:
Custom Grids #
Create flexible, filter-based reports across Candidates, Forms, and Agents. Use this when you need custom data views or exports. See Custom Grids.
Agent Comparison #
Compare multiple Agents side by side. Useful for identifying which Agent performs better across key metrics. See Agent Comparison.
Agent Efficiency #
Analyse the performance of a single Agent in detail. Helps identify bottlenecks, Step durations, and overall Journey efficiency. See Agent Efficiency.
Gate Comparison #
Compare Candidate flow and performance across different Gates (sources). Useful for evaluating source quality and conversion. See Gate Comparison.
Webhook Logs #
View logs of incoming data and webhook activity. Mainly used for debugging integrations and tracking API requests. See Webhook Logs.
Helicopter View #
Provides a high-level distribution of Candidates across Milestones. Useful for quickly understanding overall Journey progression across all Agents. See Helicopter View.
How to Use Reporting #
Use Reporting to:
- Analyse performance in detail beyond the Dashboard
- Identify bottlenecks in specific Agents or Steps
- Compare performance across different Agents or sources
- Validate integrations and incoming data
- Build custom reports for operational needs
Tips #
- Start with the Dashboard, then use Reporting for deeper analysis
- Use Agent Efficiency to troubleshoot Journey issues
- Use Gate Comparison to evaluate marketing or source performance
- Use Custom Grids when standard reports are not enough
