Understanding the Candidate Record

The Candidate Record is the central workspace for monitoring, reviewing, and managing a Candidate's Journey. It provides a complete view of the Candidate's progress, collected data, communication history, and activity — all in one place.

Overview #

The Candidate Record is structured into key sections:

  • Journey progress and current position
  • Candidate information and collected data
  • Activity and history
  • Actions and supporting content

Together, these sections allow you to monitor and manage the full lifecycle of a Candidate.
